Proposed Local Rules (Effective July 1, 2026)

Local Rules are updated on January 1 and July 1 of every year. Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3), the Court is posting and seeking public comments to the proposed changes to Local Rules of Court, effective JULY 1, 2026. Changes in the proposed rules are noted in colored text and text lined out for deletions. The comment period will run from March 26, 2026 until May 11, 2026.

Public comment can be sent by email to Local Rules with a subject line stating "Commend on Proposed Rule changes". All comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2026.

Current Local Rules (Effective January 1, 2026)

The Local Rules listed below are effective January 1, 2026. Local Rules are updated twice each year, on January 1 and July 1. Prior to each update, a notice is posted at the top of this page announcing the public comment period in accordance with California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3).
