Fish & Game Citations

Carefully review all information on both the front and back of the citation you received. It lists the time and date you promised to appear. You should also receive a courtesy notice in the mail at least 10 days before the required appearance date. If the courtesy notice indicates a mandatory appearance, you must appear in court.

Fish and Game citations are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the Lodi Branch Court. To schedule a court date, call (209) 992-5520.

Consequences of failure to respond: If you fail to appear or post bail (and/or submit proof of correction) as directed, you may be subject to additional penalties, including increased bail, license suspension, or an arrest warrant.
