Call-In Juror Instructions
If you are a call-in juror, check this website daily after 5:00 p.m., beginning on the date listed in your jury summons. Your reporting instructions will be updated each day.
- Report for jury service only if your group number is instructed to report.
- If you are employed, continue reporting to work until your group is called.
- If your group is not called by the end of the week following your summons date, your jury service is complete.

If being on standby does not work with your schedule, please call (209) 992-5500. Jury staff will work with you to schedule a specific reporting date.
Important: These instructions apply only to call-in jurors. If you have already appeared at the courthouse and completed a juror questionnaire, these instructions do not apply to you.

| RESCHEDULED JURORS | If you missed your jury service and were rescheduled to appear for a definite date of Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 8:00 am, DO NOT report. Your service is complete. You are next eligible to serve as of 1/1/2027. |
If you have appeared for jury duty, completed a questionnaire and have been instructed to return, please review the badge numbers listed under the case you've been assigned to on the previous page. If your badge number is listed there then you no longer have to report back.
At this time, jury trials only take place in Stockton. Jurors are instructed to report for jury service and should check in with the Jury Assembly Room located on the 12th floor of 180 E. Weber Ave.
Please bring your entire summons with you and have the residence phone number, work number, occupation, and employer information filled in before you come into the jury assembly room. Fill in the name and address information only if you have a change of name and/or address. Make sure to sign the juror information form before you turn it into the jury staff. Designated handicapped parking spaces are available adjacent to the Courthouse on Weber, San Joaquin, and Main Streets, as well as the Essential Services Building. If you require other disability-related parking accommodations, please telephone the jury staff at (209) 992-5500 and advise them of your need.
