The Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin is excited to offer you online resolution for small claims case types. The Small Claims Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) module provides a way for parties to possibly resolve their matters without having to personally appear in Court. ODR is available to you 24 hours a day from your phone, tablet or computer, making the dispute resolution more convenient, accessible, and cost-effective.               Registration Fees: 
              A one-time registration fee of $27.00 will be required to participate in the Small Claims Online Dispute Resolution program. The plaintiff must submit the registration fee to the court before registering their small claims case for ODR.
